Schoemans hosted its annual year-end celebration on 29 November 2024 at the stylish Mercure Hotel in Windhoek. The year’s event embraced a captivating James Bond theme. It invited staff to dress in their most glamorous attire for an unforgettable evening of elegance and camaraderie.

From classic tuxedos to chic gowns, staff members turned heads with their interpretation of the iconic spy theme. The red carpet was alive with confidence, creativity, and flair. It created the perfect backdrop for a night filled with sophistication and celebration.
Best Dressed: A New Tradition Begins
Attendees cast their votes and proudly announced the winners, with Queen Tjiouoro taking home the title of Best Dressed Female. Meanwhile, Jean-Pierre Gous claimed the Best Dressed Male award. Both recipients received a floating trophy they will hold until the next year-end celebration.
Celebrating a Year of Success
The evening also served as a moment to honor exceptional contributions made throughout the year. Schoemans recognized staff members through the Excellence Awards, celebrating outstanding performance across various categories that reflect the company’s core values. In addition, the company presented Certificates of Long Service to employees who have shown unwavering loyalty and commitment over the years.
