Goal:
By introducing the Graduate Development Program, Schoemans aims to equip graduates with the practical knowledge and skills that they need to become successful employees in the professional environment, through mentoring and on-the-job training. It will involve a blended learning program that integrates formal training and experiential project-based learning.
Requirements:
- Namibian Citizen.
- A Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Informatics, Software Development or Engineering, obtained within the last 2 years (2021-2023).
- A Degree in Marketing or Communication, obtained within the last 2 years (2021-2023).
- A Diploma in Business or related fields, obtained within the last 2 years (2021-2023).
- No working experience needed in the field of study.
Duration:
This program extends for a period of 9 months.
