Goal:
Schoemans Group aims to equip graduates with the practical knowledge and skills that they need to become successful employees in the professional environment, through mentoring and on-the-job training. It will involve a blended learning program that integrates formal training and experiential project-based learning.
Requirements:
- Namibian Citizen
- A Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Informatics, Software Development or Engineering, obtained within the last 2 years (2022-2024).
- A Degree in Marketing or Communication, obtained within the last 2 years (2022-2024).
- A Diploma in Business or related fields, obtained within the last 2 years (2022-2024).
- No working experience required.
Duration:
This program extends for a period of 11 months.
